How will my order be packaged?
All Abby Lulu products come packaged carefully in tissue tucked inside the signature blue and gold Abby Lulu box.
Can you Drop Ship my order?
Of course, it is our pleasure at NO EXTRA charge to drop ship your purchase to any address.
What is Abby Lulu's processing time?
Please allow 2-5 days for the printing process. Please allow an additional 1-2 days if a proof is requested.
How will my order be shipped?
order will be processed and shipped with our FLAT RATE SHIPPING on Federal Express Ground or Home Delivery. Our placemats and stickers are shipped via first class US Mail. We offer Next Day and 2 Day Shipping. Please email us for additional charges.
Can I place and order over the phone or fax?
We prefer your order to be sent via fax to 501-325-1467 or emailed to orders @abbylulu.com. All pictures MUST be emailed to us at photos @abbylulu.com. Please feel free to phone us at any time with any questions, 501-603-9955, should you reach our voice mail please leave a detailed message and your call will be returned in a timely fashion.

How do I send you my digital photo?
If using a physical photograph, set the resolution on your scanner to the highest resolution setting possible before scanning in your photograph. If taking a picture with a digital camera, you will need to change your resolution settings before taking the photo. Put your settings to the highest resolution, and then take your photograph.
Will my invitation or annoucement need extra postage?
All square envelopes require additional postage. Please note any additional enhancements that are added to a card or envelope in addition to the invitation can affect postage amount. If you are unsure, please contact your local postmaster before mailing.
Can you print on the back of my invitation or inside a note card?
Please contact us with this request. Please note there is an additional charge for this process.
